In 2021, I took a chance to fulfill an area that had a great need at a non-profit organization. I have a creative background in photography and art but had no prior experience in graphic design which was the position they needed. I believed it would challenge me to grow in areas of art I hadn’t ventured into yet. Throughout my time there I fell in love with design and marketing. I learned to be people-focused, balance my creativity with strategy, and to always be in a state of learning. I haven’t looked back since! Now, I seek to take more chances because life is way too short!
